SEMINAR I: I Am Positive Energy – “I” Recognizing the importance of positive
self awareness and projecting positive energy.
INTRODUCTION Each seminar is based on three divinely inspired booklets I translated from a higher source. It occurred to me, through my healings with people, that we operate and exist from patterns. This in turn explains our unending use of patterns in all that we design in society. They give us a feeling of familiarity. Early cultures were based on creative patterns. Seminar I - I Am Positive Energy - guiding ourselves to recognize the importance of positive self recognition as well as projecting positive energy, thus opening opportunites for change. Inspired by my first booklet of poetry, entilted "Sanctuary", Seminar I is also about selfness, affirming existence, and allowing ourselves time to rest and regroup. Readying us to create in new events, by establishing new foundations, or simply rebuilding old ones. I will introduce this section by first offering some agreeable premises that these seminars are based on. I'll refer to them as 7 premises of "I" energy flow. 1. We are not flesh with spirit. We are spirits with flesh. (Internal/External recognition) 2 .We must link our spirits through honourable interaction, in order to honour ourselves (Mirroring) 3. In honouring ourselves, we should honour a higher source of energy to feel complete and peaceful. (Internal/External Flow) 4. To complete this cycle we then own our complete peace and offer it to others interactively in order to extend the cycle exponentially. E=mc2; the universal translation would be 'energy is equal to mankind contantly balanced'. In other words, Einstein's theory of relativity. Where relativity is Universal energy, converted to physical realm, to return to the source of it in supernatural realm. Peace comes from being in touch with positive cycles of Universal energy and giving it a home within ourselves. We are all part of all. (Internal/External consistency) 5. Therefore understanding natural laws and the essence of energy is understanding self. (It is important to know and remember what we exist as) (Internal acceptance) 6) Self is based on interaction with nature and society. We utilize all of nature to survive. We socialize to survive functionally in nature. (External interaction) 7) Self operates from basic patterns established in our home environment and family interactions. It is in understanding our negative use of our own traits and what we attract with this dark energy that we can change dark patterns or interactions. I refer to this as our dark traits or darkness. (Internal/Eternal/External Flow)
Booklet I - “Sanctuary” is what today’s seminar is about. Selfness. Affirming existence. Regrouping/recouping. Establishing new foundation and readying ourselves to create in new events. Booklet II – “Transitory State” is about growth/change. Adjusting to new environments or new situations with our new awareness in acceptance. Booklet III – “Exposed” is about inevitable or fateful occurrence and presentation of out true self in it. Receiving or giving confident confirmation in uncertain situations beyond our control.
1) Denial (Contrary Pride) 2) Non acceptance (Contrary Struggle) 3) Non compliance (Contrary Defiance) 4) Non gratitude (Contrary Ego) 5) Living for moments instead of in moments. (Contrary control) 6) Fear 7) Dark (Contrary) use of control/Pride/Ego in our alleged positive behaviours. It is with these we decide our motives and intentions. It is my hope that in today’s seminar we succeed in re-establishing a foundation of consistent use of positive pattern energy in all of our interactions to establish a sense of the word “I” proudly. Exploring the definition “self” in
the dictionary became complex so I will summarize a basic definition
for our purposes. Quoted from the dictionary I found: a word affixed
to certain personal pronouns to express emphasis or distinction.
“Self” is the first element in innumerable compounds. What I understood
from this is that we are primarily relevant to all around us. Through life packages written through
me during healings I saw a few common occurrences. One specific
occurrence was in my clients behaviours as related to their family
interactions and patterns. We carry behaviours years later in other
interactions relating them to our past. One of the problems that
arises is that some of these patterns/behaviours can be negative
in spite of new environment or individuals around us. Another facet
as we will learn later is dark use of our modes of behaviour. In
this section we do an exercise to become aware of what traits or
behaviours we carry from our past family circle that affect us today.
Below are samples of some questions that i would ask you to look
at before we go forward. 1. Are you satisfied with how your family/caretaker(s) raised you? (yes) (no). why? 2. While you were raised did you feel loved by either or one of your parents or caretaker? (yes) (no). In what way? 3. Are you like one of your parents/caretaker(s) or both? 4. Did you get positive or contrary traits from them? Now list the traits or behaviours (basically) positive of your mother/father/caretaker(s) on one side and negative on the other side. Be as honest as makes you comfortable.
positive/ negative Father positive/ negative Notice who you have the most contrary
traits with for they are the one you most desire approval from.
The parent you have the positive from you most likely to desire
to know you better or wish you could please more. In the case if
only one parent you would bounce between both characteristics. Let’s begin this section be explaining modes of behaviour. What determines their importance in our daily lives. As I explained earlier I write life packages which clearly show people how their behaviour, which is dark or apparently indefinable, must come from what was commonly seen in three modes: Control/Pride/Ego. I believe all three modes are necessary but are badly defined and ill-used personally by most everyone in their contrary struggles. Therefore even in the total accomplishment they still cannot find peace. At the risk of opening a large can of worms, I will say we have been fooled by society into using our modes of behaviour darkly and interpreting this behaviour as light or good. The below explanations of each mode are for spiritual definitions for we are looking for spiritual solutions to a better connection with self and all that exists around us. I will first define Dark influence and then Light influence. (Dark) CONTROL – To accomplish or endeavour with an empowered sense that excludes higher power recognition. To do of our will only thinking it is in others best interests or always wanting it for best interests. (Dark) PRIDE – To obstruct truth to distract others of our misdoings or shortcomings by lying to ourselves or others inadvertently. Allowing duality to affect our common sense. (Dark) EGO – To protect or project a false image of self or put our image of self above others without gratitude or appreciation of what we are or have in our Higher Powers eyes. Lack of humility. Defining the three modes of behaviours with Light Influence: (Light) CONTROL – to guide ourselves and others (or inanimates) to higher levels of operating with keen sense of a higher power and full awareness of our motives and intentions. (Motives and intentions to be discussed in Topic III). (Light) PRIDE – To aid ourselves and others to positively accomplish by sharing ourselves, our knowledge and our possessions practically. Giving good to feel good. (Light) EGO – to expose ourselves in full acceptance to accomplish light deeds which connect us to our higher power with gratitude. To affirm and confirm with a higher power confidently and share this with others. Using the above definitions of modes of behaviours we will now talk about how these modes can even affect our positive traits and also how they feed our negative traits. Let’s refer back to our first and second exercises that help us to see ourselves as influenced by family environment. Please notice where your contrary uses of modes of behaviour could have been developed from past family experiences keeping in mind that this is not to fault you or your family. It is to recognize where dark influence went unchecked.
Based on these definitions we can clearly see that self-awareness of who we are ethically and morally can easily be known to ourselves by recognising our motives and intentions. Our control nature blurs our insight to self truth. Our pride nature allows us to do this without guilt. Our (dark) ego accepts it. Thus we are blind to many of our own motives and intentions. When we can see our dark motives and intentions more clearly this helps modify our behaviour to a spiritual direction and stabilize. (Stabilize is to balance completely in our light self.) Dark uses of modes of behaviour in
all of us separate us from our ultimate quest for peace with “all”.
Since I am not here to preach, it is up to you to become keenly
aware of your motives and intentions and feel balanced in your modes
of behaviour. (Sins can be defined as wasting
light energy) Please, please, please, do not just associate the word denial with substance abusers as our society would dictate currently. Get it out of your head. We all must deny to feed our darkness. In other words we deny so that we can avoid alleged expectations others or us have for ourselves. It is important to notice the word “alleged” expectations. I believe Higher Power “God” has missions and guidelines for us to complete: Positive vibrations. As far as others expectations go, that is their own distraction from self and their way to distract you from yourself. Expectations are for those who are afraid they can’t focus or complete positive goals or inspire others to do so. Expectations are for dark control. Have “desires” for. Embrace positive actions. But do not expect! This again opens a can of worms. All these cans of worms shall be discussed in my “Cans of worms” seminar. Ha – Ha. To best illustrate the powerful effect denial has we need to identify in common language words which demonstrate techniques we use to deny. There are three main techniques which typify all others. The three words defined are: Minimizing - Only admitting to part
of the problem. (dark pride). Rationalizing – Offering alibis, excuses, justifications or other explanations for dark behaviour. The behaviour is not denied, but an inaccurate explanation of its cause is given. (dark ego). Intellectualizing - Avoiding ones own feelings and experiences by talking about situations in a general analytical or theoretical manner. (dark control). Notice that the above denial techniques are accompanied by dark modes of behaviour. We can now see patterns of illusion existence developing due to our false perceptions. List below some of the ways you use denial in your life and then notice the reference of mode of behaviour after the definition of this denial. Refer back to modes of behaviour and see the dark corresponding definition.
In the interest of common sense I think
it is best to keep this definition as simple as possible. Darkness
is the hidden entity in us that moves us away from light. Allow
me to elaborate. Insecurity So the steps to transmutation are: This is one of the infinite avenues of dark cycles darkness can work with to stop our light potential. In fact darkness can enter from anywhere at anytime from anyone, for anything. Darkness like light is exponentially powerful in the physical realm. It is my belief that the distinction of physical realm is important. Light always goes beyond physical realm. Dark energy can not. We choose darkness through our own fears. We could debate for days about each aspect of darkness. Instead I would prefer if we all could consider with a bit of awe that darkness indeed can rule our physical realm if the majority of the population is working its energy consciously or unconsciously. Self defeating learned behaviours are how we channel our dark modes of behaviour. We have listed these behaviours and would like you to identify some that you use to be who you are. Refer to the next page.
Earlier we discussed cycles of darkness. The concept that energy is endless would suggest that everything works in cycles. One need only to look at natures workings to see the simple beauty to the equation of cycles. It would be wise to surmise that understanding the cycles of “light” and working or flowing with them would be a challenging but rewarding quest. I believe that prayers essential purpose is to tie us in with the cycles of positive source energy that we, from a physical plane speak to meta-physical force and receive answers back on a physical plane which if indoctrinated practically, can heighten our “doing” and “being”. This process can be demonstrated in steps. Step 1: To take energy of thought outside of ourselves and offer it to unknown or unseen positive energy flows. (AFFIRMATION in Desire) Step 2: To release expectations and earthbound beliefs and be willing to accept whatever comes our way. (TRANSITION in state of faith), Step 3: To be grateful for the opportunity
of this event and feel graced from the experience of yourself showing
faith in the unseen or unknown. (CONFIRMATION in state of gratitude). What these steps also do is allow us to practice the essence of discipline, confidence, pride, faith, and pure motive and intention. At worst we will improve our personal disposition. At best, GOD only knows.
