SEMINAR I
"I"

SEMINAR II: I Am Positively Accepting -"I WILL"

Recognizing transition internally and externally. Allowing positive flow with "all".

Introduction

In Seminar I we learned the importance of recognizing how our life patterns can
become contrarily repetitious no matter what we've perceived we have changed around us. We learned that these patterns are set with interaction with universal energy and physical plane interaction. We learned to recognize that our choices can establish contrary or positive patterns depending on our motives and intentions and state of mind. In choosing to focus our intentions on positive universal or Higher Power energies, we see that confluent physical plane energies we labeled darkness can create contrary struggle in spite of what we perceive as positive efforts or accomplishments. We learned that undoing our contrary patterns involves recognizing the many illusions of dark behavior patterns we were not aware of. We found them in modes of behavior, denials, false motives and intentions, and self- defeating behaviors.
If one applied themselves to embracing Seminar I, no doubt you have started to recognize the patterns that are contrary to your spiritual self and have started to feel the confusion that occurs in making the transition to honoring your spirit. Fear not for you have also recognized the peace in growing towards true existence. It is now time to learn how to collect the energies in self-truth and be confident in feeling and sharing these truths in honorable interaction with all.
Refer back to Seminar I and review positive "I" energy flow. In doing so, this allows us to focus on what we hope to achieve as we begin the next phase provided in Seminar II of spiritual understanding and growth. In recognizing our true struggles which distract us from peaceful spiritual growth, we begin to notice darkness within ourselves and others. So, it is time to briefly summarize darknesses purpose for existence. It is time to graduate you past the perception of negative and into the reality of contrary. Darkness in essence is not bad. It exists for a purpose. Without getting too complicated Iwill simply say darkness primarily exists to keep our physical state possible on physical plane. It creates the balance that facilitates our ability to exist as physical imagery being challenged by struggle. It allows us to be vehicles for our universal essence.
So, why is it that darkness seems so powerful on Earth? Simply because we came as Light and transformed with dark and have over many years forgotten how we can empower ourselves with Light. We made choices that have spilled darkness in ourselves past the point of balance. We see this clearly with each demise we place ourselves in with society and nature as we supposedly advance. Our goal should then be to counter darknesses powerful hold of Earth occurrence by first balancing our own darkness. The theory being to cause a ripple effect of positive occurrence to "all" by consistently stabilizing ourselves in Light and positive acceptance of a Higher Power.

SECTION I -Mirroring (Internal)

We began this section with an exercise which had you make three lists from 3 topics.
We then re-titled the topics which allowed us an excellent view of how difficult it can
be to look at ourselves in an objective or honest way at times. How frustrating this
can be because we honestly try to do so and truly believe we have. We have even worked on embracing the concepts of Seminar Ifrom motives and intentions to denials into modes of behavior followed by self-defeating behavior yet at times we can still lose an objective overview of our self perception or behavior.
How do we go internally and see ourselves and why is it so difficult? Allow me to summarize at this point one outstanding fact we should realize in completing Seminar
I. Excess Darkness has been with many of us for a very long time and has done its job of preventing us from feeling or living our full Light potential and most societal structures "culture" or incubate this illusion. Therefore truly operating in a Light fashion is extremely difficult in the beginning. To make matters worse, by appeasing dark we alter our personality and character in various levels and ways that becomes our base of behavioral operation and at any cost protect the resulting image we project whilst struggling to keep our comfort zone that protects our undoings from being noticeable. For an addict this becomes a deep self-perpetuating destructive pit.
It is easy to conclude from reading the above paragraph that we are a race that perpetually in one way or the other must learn to live in guilt in varying doses and through this we constantly place ourselves in contrary struggle with others and who we truly are. Each time we escape from one guilt feeling, contrary perception or behavior throws us into yet another distracted state. Constant amends in various ways seems to be the only deterrent but must be done with full intention and effort of improvement or they simply compile the guilt. This still does not free us from our Dark struggle of true internal self-recognition. We need to reverse the cycle as we started to do in Seminar I and then recognize that our senses including common sense are tuned to Dark illusion. You may already be noticing that the more you practice Seminar Ithe more people or events may contrarily challenge you. This is where faith comes in and utilizing the principles of Affirmation-Confirmation as prayer. This will protect your positive stance and help you learn steps to meditation (bathing in Light acceptance).
Now we must try to learn to see ourselves honestly. Past our Dark illusions. I have learned to be relentless in battling my excess Darkness and have designed an exercise for self-honesty that would seemingly be quite easy. But as you are about to find out, Darkness makes [for some] quite difficult.

Mirroring Exercise

A] Sit comfortably in front of a mirror approximately 3 ft. away.
B] Establish eye contact with yourself. Avoid blinking as much as possible and try looking through the center of your eyes.
C] Allow yourself to relax [let your muscles go] and breathe deeply and evenly and keep your eye contact through entire exercise.
Dl Say "I am [your full name] and I am going to speak my truth.. ..hear me.
El Begin by stating how you feel talking to your self in the mirror. Ifeel silly, good humble, ridiculous, but do not think or state why.
F] Now start listing traits you do not like about yourself as completely as possible but do not get lost in regret. Just hear yourself. [personal truth]
GI Now start listing situations or people you did or do not like but do not state or think of why [to avoid irrational or justifying distraction]. For example I dislike being broke or I dislike when my mate complains or I dislike my mate. Avoid the word hate for it will distract you by stirring up aggressive impulses.
HI Now start listing contrary [negative] reactions you have had and tell yourself how you behaved. List times you were aware that your reaction was uncalled for as well. Such as when I yelled at my son it was because Idid not get a raise at work. Or when my boss yelled at me I told him he was a jerk. Or when my boss yelled at me I wanted to slap him.
Consider taping or writing these words down that you have spoken of the above personal situational and reactional truths. [If writing wait until you have finished the entire exercise.]
I] Now state I, [your full name], heard and witnessed in my eyes, my truths. They are contrary to who I truly am. I will forgive myself.
Repeating this exercise daily will affect changes in all of your senses positively. Try it and find out.
If you found this exercise easy take it another level by applying testimony -bear witness techniques. This means try doing this with someone you trust in the room and really make your Darkness uncomfortable. This witness can read the steps to you so you can keep eye contact with yourself. They are not to offer opinion during exercise or say anything else.

SECTION Il -Victimization

One of the questions that arises quite naturally when one is examining their state of self perception and recognizing contrary attitude towards their own peace is.. .."Why is it that I justify my short comings through others or blame others for whatever it is in
- my life that I do not like about myself?" We have learned from Seminar 1 (andlor energy life readings) that we start at a young age to be challenged with self- perception lnatural character, usually in our own home due to our less than positive environment. Seeing that a perfect environment would make the point of being on earth redundant we can say all challenges we face in home environments on a relative scale are lessons to grow and learn from. It would then be a sensible deduction that the more loving and spiritually (positive energy conscious) a home environment the better the odds are at ourselves being able to recognize our natural character (intonations ) thus enabling us to flow more naturally in interaction with society or ourselves in moments of occurrence. The problem that arises is that society is built upon our fears of our weaknesses rather than our love of our strengths thus we must compromise ourselves in behaviors whenever we let our fears win over our common sense. Learning to be in moments positively accepting allows us to adjust and balance in all occurrences which perpetuates our focus on continual self growth at a healthy pace that can fluctuate or be flexible while adjusting to outside (Interactive) influence. We can be comfortable with our peaceful strivings. In short, victimized is the current state of how to be in today's society.

SECTION II (A) -Victimization

I want to make this clear right from the start.. ... We are all victims in some way in our lives by choice or fate. Victimization is not an anomaly we can all avoid, at times we are subjected to a victims state through external occurrence such as a mugging or on a larger relative scale, slavery. This section is written specifically to deal with self- victimization that occurs from contrary perception or contrary patterned behavior that we have trapped ourselves in or are blinded to that leaves us in a self-victimized state.
For us to try and control ourselves as victims we alter perception of external occurrence around us to perpetuate an illusion which is at that time comfortable for us to be in. Unfortunately, (Physical) reality would have it that this only succeeds short term. Short term meaning that no matter how our life changes we will have to face the same issues again and they will contrarily affect us. Long term meaning that we will grow from facing the issue in the now and if confronted in the future with similar issues we will accept what we must and flow through the adversity.
I must make a quantum leap at this point and clearly state what one must incorporate into their life to be free of their own dark struggles that occur from self victimization. The answer is a HIGHER POWER . I am saying to free yourself from contrary patterns or the feeling that there is a void in your life no matter what you accomplish one must begin acknowledging a Higher Power as a rewarding discipline on a daily basis and as a norm of existing. You must learn to be humble enough to freely desire to place a Higher Power in the forefront of all your "doings". I imagine this is why all of the past tribes or cultures that existed in the earliest of time felt compelled to acknowledge a higher energy or entity. Their fear of their own darkness.
As civilization advanced we can remember in history that in certain regions man learned to fear God. In other regions man was learning to invite in higher energy through meditation or yoga and other various self-enlightening disciplines which I feel is a sensible and enjoyable approach to embracing a higher power. More importantly it teaches to love God not fear God. This part of Seminar II is to promote the concept that to shift towards a better self, we must recognize that our better self is directly related to our better relations with a Higher Power, and like anything in life this requires hard work! Our improvements will be noticed when we can easily guard ourselves from contrary distraction.

Make a list or describe briefly on the back of this page what you imagine your daily disciplines could entail that would move you to a higher self. Spiritual exercises if you will, that are practical and could be enjoyable for you.
Remember to look back on this list as you challenge yourself with contrary distractions in life and ask yourself why is it that I am not doing what it takes to be closer to my Higher Power and my true self!

SECTION Ill -Stabilizing Self Foundations

Very often we struggle with a how-to attitude in moving towards a spiritual life and I say this is normal, but how about if we struggle positively instead of contrarily? Contrary struggle with faith means we empower distractions by factoring them into the equation of our perceptions and conceptions. We incorporate them into our lives for whatever reason. Positive struggle requires us to learn from our experiences in acceptance and positively move forward in faith. There must be a foundation to rest our faith on. That foundation is another triad of discipline. Forgiveness, Acceptance, Letting go. I believe we must work on these three cornerstones of faith to stabilize ourselves in our faith. But how does this work? What is the secret to actualizing these cornerstones of faith? Let's try and examine these cornerstones from a universal standpoint or virtuous standpoint.
Forgiveness sounds easy but our mental memory allows the sting of hurt to be fresh in our conscious mind. Therefore the key to forgiveness is rising above these memories in our sub-conscious. We need to reprogram our reaction to the memory so we do not fear the event re-occurring because very often we attract or search out what we contrarily react to or fear. We see this in dysfunctional relationships in particular. "I hate my mother so I think I will find a woman who is just like her and be blind to that fact". Or "I can not stand my job it makes me feel less than, so I will stay and justify why I do not find a new one". Both examples hurt the individual and they need to find new strength through external forgiveness (this concept is explained in paragraph below). External forgiveness first so they are not distracted when looking
internally for forgiveness. I find when one works on external forgiveness they automatically see themselves in a different light and can forgive themselves easier. External forgiveness promotes internal objectivity.
To forgive sub-consciously (to external occurrence) one must see only the good or positive in that person or situation and love their positive. That's right. LOVE their positive and look beyond their contrary illusion. Do not at first look to feel it, just think it even if only for a moment because this causes a shift in what you attract with your energy and saves your positive energy. Yes this can apply to a work environment. You can see the positives of a boring job or a bad boss and empower yourself to make changes or not be defensive in your being thus allowing you to make confident decisions with positive motives and intentions and feel stable in it. In other words you can allow for you and your Higher Power to work together with less external contrary distraction. In time you will think it and naturally feel it and allow your heart to speak healthily. I recognize that some events in life are highly traumatic and can take time to be dealt with. Eventually if one wants to be truly free of the scars from past hurt one must try to forgive.
Acceptance in its truest indoctrination can be summed up with the following definition: Acceptance is willingly forgiving what can not be controlled to our comfort in a moment and then positively embracing our true feelings in our heart. The issue then becomes "What are our true feelings and how do we know what we feel in our hearts?" Your truest feelings are what you internally struggle with to avoid, thus creating contrary internal and external reactions emotionally, therefore perpetuating or spreading our darkness in our confused emotional state. If you remember in Seminar I we talked of transmuting our contrary by-product emotions and feelings that occur from what we contrarily perceive from interacting in contrary modes of behavior. Our true self lies in interacting while positively using positive modes of behavior. Our consistently true self lies in being able to recognize our feelings and embrace them by transmuting them to positive understanding thus creating balanced emotional reaction and space for your Higher Power to work in.
Let's discuss an example: Your mate has just yelled at you for not helping with chores and caught you off guard because all they had to do was ask. First we need to forgive them before we react so we (as discussed above) try to see an attribute or anything positive about them and love that attribute. (Yes this requires discipline.) We then try and accept their current aggressive state by embracing our feelings which would be confusion or defensiveness or both by transmuting the confusion to (for example) willingness by picturing yourself willing to work with them and defensiveness could become (for example) openness and you could picture yourself opening yourself up to hear and talk about the true issue upsetting your mate. In this moment one is being truly accepting and in this state you have the option of boundary setting but perhaps now it will not occur in an angered response. Perhaps your mate will feel the energy of your acceptance and ease up. If not, you will be able to save your energy because you will know you are trying in your heart.
We can see then that feeling in the heart requires our willingness to compromise an original reaction to a transmuted positive feeling of a contrary situation and then we can react from a loving standpoint and keep sensible for both parties involved. Forgiveness with positively transmuted feelings going to the heart and then felt becomes acceptance! Give yourself a situational example and write your steps to acceptance on the back of this page.
Letting go is solely about maintaining a balanced state as we feel complete in our faith in a Higher Power. It is about consistent stabilization internally. Surrender is when we confidently open our hearts to all externally as we accept letting go. I pointed out this difference because many people ask what the difference is. Stabilizing letting go requires a person to naturally be able to go through integral occurrence without self-doubt. To doubt yourself indicates you have not let go to your Higher Powers ability to flow with your being. This weakens faith which in turn weakens acceptance, forgiveness, and surrender. Letting go requires an individual to willingly forgive and accept and to then hold no grudge or bitter feelings. We can see that the foundation of faith leads to one key word of spiritual existence. Vulnerability.
It is important to remember that the idea of meeting our spiritual potential is one that requires experience and patience. After reading the section on the foundation of faith we can safely assess that very few people have walked in a balanced state of faith particularly in their external interactions. These knowings are for awareness and allow for people to focus their intentions in a pointed direction. All of these points are only validly secure when one can feel their love in their heart. It is also important to remember that life in action is multi-dimensional, therefore we are constantly challenged with internal balance from external occurrence.
In conclusion we can surmise that the foundation of faith in action has a threefold effect on our interaction with the universe.
1 We attract or receive (Reception) light by utilizing the principles of forgiveness.
2 We process or perceive (Perception) light by utilizing the principles of acceptance.
3 We emit or create (Conception) light by utilizing the principles of letting go.

I will talk about more about reception/perception/conception later.

SECTION III (A) -InternaI/EternaI/External

Internal and external energies of self are directly related to our dualistic nature. In this section I simply want to explain the meaning of internal from a self-awareness standpoint and external from an interactive standpoint. Internal, defined as self feelings, is affected by the state we are existing in at the moment. To exist in denials or self-defeating behaviors are Dark states of existence and create Dark self feelings. External defined as how we project our self feelings or "taking action" is dependant on what (internal) frame we have put around our state of being. A frame is constructed by the qualities we use most consistently to develop our own principles. A frame contains the blueprint of how we will perceive and then conceive (externalize) our self thus the expression frame of mind. A frame that is made of forgiveness, acceptance, letting go, and faith in a higher power always helps to project positive energy even when being challenged. This is not to say others will respond to you positively at all times but regardless of how they respond you will find a peace in this frame and be able to accept all occurrence. The frame is held together in strength by your positive principles and will remain strong if one embraces their motives and intentions and modes of behavior in a positive manner. (Seminar I). It is important to recognize that in growing into spiritual self you will learn in time how to see yourself first through your actions with others and then retool the frame.
Internal energies are affected by our state of how we interact with others. Therefore when one is looking to measure themselves in their own eyes they simply need to observe how they treat others (external mirroring). It is not just a question of am I giving or patient. To break this into separate attributes or downfalls is semantics. The question is "Do my actions represent what my spirit tells my heart?" Working towards positive consistency in internal perception helps create positive actions. To listen to yourself you must learn to listen to all who you interact with and develop your intuition to aid being objective and impartial in a sensible way. Thus communication becomes an interactive mirror which enables us to look inwardly in reality. So irony is a state we exist in as a constant. To see ourselves (internal interaction) we must see others. To see our self with others (external interaction) we must see others in our self. The latter being of external understanding of energy. Representation (taking action from what we positively believe in based on Higher Power acknowledgement) with focused intention creates a stabilized and consistent energy field which stimulates or agitates other energy fields in an external environment. Thus the conviction one has in a graced state will always prompt an awareness to change for the better.
As a footnote I want to introduce a concept that supports the notion that we will flourish in self by acknowledging a Higher Power. This concept is to verify that if all energy is formed in a forever state and exists forever then we are truly interacting in a forever environment. Physically things may change but metaphysically they are forever. Therefore every action or thought we have goes on forever. This promotes my need to recognize that we think or have an idea (internal) and then focus intention (eternal) and then create an action (external). By recognizing the filter of eternal we can invite eternal energy to enhance our physical energies going in or out.
It is the awareness of eternity that serves to be my Higher Power. In the eternal we find the ability to flow.
So we learn that to best know ourselves we must experience ourselves through external interactions with others. Interestingly one can find the same external mirror that is obtained with interaction with people in another realm of energy flow. We can
also find ourselves in how we interact with nature. The difference is that nature does
not deceive you thus the joy of contrary struggle with perception would be missed. The challenge in nature would not be sanity in existence, it would be surviving in
existence.
Once we accept accountability in our actions one becomes acutely aware of the need for stabilization of self. This is when internal self-realization is ignited. To mirror internally in an honest way all a person need do is be consistent in adhering to the principles they develop with positive interaction and feel the truth in their peace and let that build their love of "all". In other words allow your joy of enhancing your faith to resonate in your heart. Your true self was created from the wavelength of love and when you find peace in that certainty you become a clearer mirror for others to recognize themselves. Internal, Eternal and External realization allows for one to monitor a balanced state of existing which in turn gives one the ability to work towards positive self perception.

SECTION IV-Reception/Perception/Conception (R.P.C.)

Welcome to the place where physical occurrence meets universal being. The crossroads to existing in flesh. The foundation to existing on Earth and the means to return back to the Source. I believe that R.P.C. represents a convergence that brings us to actualizing our desires or actions on a personal or societal level. These states of operation have a symbiotic relationship with karma, occurrence and fate. They are divinely intertwined into the meaning of our existence and allow us to utilize our greatest gift. The gift of choice. The gift of choice is truly what makes us feel free. Thought helps us learn from our choices and intellectualism helps us create from what we learn. It is R.P.C. that makes us the true forever changing miracles we are. It connects us to the reality of forever.
In the state of Reception
we listen, observe, and experience.
In the state of Perception we analyze, deduct, and feel.
In the state of Conception we formulate, enact, and create.
To combine these multi-dimensional states of operation with a firm belief in a Higher Power while practicing the principles of coexisting with a Higher Power is when one enters States of Grace. When flowing with R.P.C. in awareness consistently one discovers Enlightenment. Why? Because you are incorporating flesh existence with spiritual knowledge to grow into your higher self. Consistent awareness of R.P.C. through a Higher Power creates heightened integrity. It is this resulting shared integrity (shared with others and your Higher Power) that holds positive fields of self energy in place. You become at one with "all". You become grounded and connected. You indeed reap what you sow in universal proportion.
Reception, Perception, and Conception grant us the option to "be" in existence with free will. They can be the format for desperation or hope and every feeling that lies in between. It is your choice!

SECTION IV (A) -"Flow"

When we hear the word flow we primarily think of rivers, streams or waterfalls ... liquids in general. Flow represents metaphorically a continuous smoothness of occurrence, and physically a continuous (naturally perpetuated or positive) energy, so that is what we will interpret as the challenge to obtain in self-flow. What are we trying to flow with? "ALL". What is "ALL"? ALL is what we see or feel internally, eternally, and externally. Are we trying to control flow? No, we are trying to assimilate with flow. For what purpose? For the purpose of naturally "Being" as beautiful as we are in our Higher Powers eyes. This is where the states of physical, natural, and metaphysical come in. Essentially this is man, nature and the universe. Understanding the essence of flow will free us to have clear (clarity) confidence and awareness of who we are. We can trace the natural progression of states of being and principles of operation in these states through Seminar I and Seminar II as pertaining to positive awareness of self in all occurrence.

STATES OF TRUE SELF-RECEPTION OCCUR IN:
(The eliminating of denial techniques)
Minimizing..................Rationalizing......... Intellectualizing
STATES OF TRUE SELF-PERCEPTION OCCUR IN:
Sanctuary (introspection). ...Transition (change). ...Exposure (True external representation)
STATES OF TRUE SELF- CONCEPTION OCCUR IN:
(Modes of behavior)
Light Control.. ............. Light Pride.. ............Light Ego
STATES OF SELF-OPERATION PRINCIPLES OCCUR IN:
Motives......................Truth.....................Intentions
Affirmation..................Conviction..............Confirmation
Forgiveness.................Acceptance.............Letting go
STATES OF REALITY AWARENESS (EMPOWERMENT) OCCUR IN:
Reception...................Perception............. Conception
Internal Truth.. ............Eternal Truth.. ....... ..External Truth
Self recognition (Man). ..Interaction (Nature). ...Universal recognition (Higher Power)

Thus the completion of a "cycle" of growth which leads us back to States of Self- Reception mentioned at the beginning. We see that states of self-reception shared with our faith in a Higher Power can lead us to a higher awareness. Thus.. .......
Sanctuary (introspection) is influenced by Reception (how we listen or feel) our internal truth or state of being.
Transition (change) is influenced by perception (how we interpret) our internal truth or state of being with our Higher Power as a filter.
Exposure (true external representation) is influenced by Conception (what we create in our true actions or self-representations.
These enacted upon with focus and intention begins to shift us to the higher realm of clarity. This realm is where one truly begins to naturally understand and enact upon the values of Stabilization, Discipline, and Consistency. Later on you will come to understand as you flow that life is a cyclic whirlpool, as is everything, that is contained in cubes of continuum principles. Do not let that throw you off, it comes up in Seminar IV. For now try and understand the principles of flow and apply them to your life.

SECTION V - Imagination and creativity

This section comes up here because it is appropriate at this time that we look at these topics as something that is ours yet always influenced by outside forces be they physical or metaphysical. I am going to try and be pointed and succinct for we could talk for hours about imagination and creativity. What we are going to specifically speak of is what the importance of imagination is and how we can let it flow creatively.
I view imagination as the most beautiful gift we carry in our minds. Why? Because imagination can carry us to any place in any time with limitless possibilities to surround us. At least this is true for those who are not afraid to use it. So really what imagination does is open us up to feeling the foreverness of the universe. It removes us from any limitations of physical form. Therefore it is safe to say our gift of imagination exists to inspire us or encourage us. The inspiration we show through creativity. The encouragement we respond to with invention. So it would be reasonable to surmise that the more positives we can imagine the more positives that we will create. The problem is we then invent our first positive thought without imagining the long term effects or the spin off occurrences that may need balancing. We most obviously see this in the environmental problems we are now facing. Therefore, we learn that a powerful enhancement to imagination is vision. The ability to see "the bigger picture". As you progress through these Seminars your imagination and your ability to see the bigger picture will be enhanced. This is one of the many gifts of spiritual awareness. You in essence will feel closer to your Higher Power. In this way when we create or invent, we will be more aware of how our action will affect all and be considerate to the importance of balance.
I find it interesting when a person states they are creatively blocked or can not imagine certain things. The fact is they are distracted or guarded. The same way we can let's say, watch something that makes us uneasy by picturing something else is the same way people get distracted from creative flow. Their mind is not seeing what is in front of them so to speak. When someone says can you imagine giving birth? I safely can say “yes”, but who is to say my imagination is remotely close to the sensation. In fact it is personal or subjective when we use our imagination so whether or not I am imagining the exact sensations is irrelevant. What matters is that I try and imagine if I desire to. The experience will promote objectivity. So we learn that the imagination can also help release fears or prejudices or severe judgement, by us imagining to be able to put ourselves in the others place. The more you do this the easier to accept "ALL" is. Your objectivity promotes understanding which promotes acceptance.
Creativity fascinates me because it can be ignited from any feeling or emotion and what we produce can be representative of those states. Therefore we can in effect create a new language or an altered representation of our state of mind. This gift called creativity combined with our imagination allows us to truly feel different from others around us and allows us to show how. This is what makes different cultures or countries so fascinating. They all have created different ways of being which tickles our imagination. Our ability to imagine allows us to feel the universe and express our universal selves through creativity which truly makes us unique in any given moment. More importantly our imagination allows us to travel beyond ourselves to anywhere we desire thus making us truly free beings. Here's an exercise. Sit comfortably in a quiet place and relax all your muscles while breathing deeply. Close your eyes and as you become more relaxed picture a triangular opening centered above your eyes that is a direct window to deep space. See yourself travelling through that window into space and for a time allow yourself to float on through. When you are ready to stop, picture looking back at your peaceful self and pass through the window back to your body. This is feeling total freedom!!
